Rent of House on Monthly Tenancy
THIS RENT AGREEMENT is in between Mr./Ms……………………………………… son of Mr……….……………………… r/o …………………………… …………(hereinafter addressed as the ‘lessor’) and Mr./Ms……………………………...son of Mr./Ms………………………………………r/o …………………………………….(hereinafter addressed as the ‘lessee’) on ………
LESSOR and LESSEE MUST CONCERT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS RENT AGGREEMENT :-
1. Lessor Mr/Ms/Mrs. is the owner of the House No. ………. Located in ……… ………. S/he has agreed to give house on rent for which the Tenant has to pay Rs ………. On first day of every month in advance to the lessor. The tenant concerts to take aforementioned house of lease at above-specified rent per month.
2. Rent for the House will come in effect from ………….. Duration for the rent will be eleven months from the date it comes into effect.
3. Tenant has to maintain the current infrastructure of the premise taken on rent. Electric wiring, fittings, and water connections should be maintained in good condition. Owner has reserved the rights to scrutinize the leased premises as per the convenience of tenant. Premises should be kept clean and white washed.
4. Premises must be used specifically for residential purpose only and without permission of the owner, tenant cannot give the premises on sublease.
5. Electricity and water bills shall be paid by the tenant to the owner in addition with specified rent.
6. On termination of the lease period / agreement, premises shall be handover to the owner peacefully. If tenant wants to leave the premises before completion of the lease period, lessor must be provided a notice period.
