Paying Guest Agreement
BETWEEN Mr. /Ms. Mrs. __________________________ AND Mr. /Ms. Mrs. _______________________________ for One room in Flat No. _________________
THIS PAYING GUEST AGREEMENT is in between Mr. /Ms. Mrs. __________________________ herein referred as the PAYING GUEST AND Mr. /Ms. Mrs. ……………………………. herein referred as the Owner of the Room / Flat No. ……………………………………… on the Floor of building named ………………….. which is situated at …………………………………….. Herein the PAYING GUSET have requested the Owner to allow them use of one bedroom in the flat in the aforesaid premises for their own use only on a temporary basis on the terms and conditions hereinafter written.
1. Lessor here by agrees to permit the applicant (PAYING GUEST) to use Room / Flat at aforementioned premises having Room / Flat No……………….. in Building …………. Situated at ……………………… together with the use of the attached bathroom, on PAYING GUEST basis
2. This agreement shall be for a period of _____dd_/ mm /yyyy____ beginning from _ dd_/ mm /yyyy _____________________.
3. The Paying Guest shall pay an amount of __________________ INR for every quarter of the year including charges of bathroom use, society charges, and other incidental charges. Additionally the Paying Guest has to agree for paying electricity bill of 200 INR every month.
4. Until the termination of this agreement, the amount of …………………….. INR deposited by the paying guest as security amount will remain with the owner completely free of interest. Security amount shall be returned to the Paying Guest after termination of this agreement after deducting required due payments.
5. The room allocated to the Paying Guest can be in the flat ……………….. at building ……………….. can be changed anytime during the agreement period.
6. The Paying Guest hereby affirm that he / she shall not sub-let the room for the aforesaid premises and shall not claim to any other right whatsoever in or to the said premises.
7. The Paying Guest hereby agrees that he / she shall not be provided any key to the entrance door of the flat that is allocated to them for their temporary use from time to time.
8. The Paying Guest shall only use the passages in flat for accessing his / her room and shall use the kitchen for preparing food without causing any disturbance / nuisance to kitchen and passage to the flat and other portions of the flat.
9. The Paying Guest must need to take permission of the owner before letting any guest to come in room and share it whereas no disturbance shall be caused to room / flat.
10. The Paying Guest must agree that this agreement shall be terminated in case misuse of facilities in the room are noticed and payments are delayed. Hereby, the Paying Guest shall also consent that the owner may anytime enter to the allocated room for inspection of room, its conditions, and misuse noticed.
11. The Paying Guest must consent that this agreement shall be terminated immediately after expiration of the rental period mentioned hereinabove.
12. The Paying Guest must concert that he / she will be responsible for any damage caused by them or by any other outsider who has entered the flat through him / her to any of the furniture, fixtures and equipment therein, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
