About Builder Mahindra GESCO
Mahindra GESCO Developers has been a part of the real estate industry for not very long but has earned a good name with its properties in Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, etc. In 1992, Great Eastern Shipping Co Ltd. began its real estate and property division which was named as GESCO Corporation Ltd. in 2000 and had widened its scope from Mumbai and Navi Mumbai to the major Indian cities of Bangalore, Pune & Gurgaon. Mahindra & Mahindra had also started a subsidiary company of Mahindra Realty & Infrastructure Developers Ltd. (MRIDL) in 1994 which was later combined with GESCO Corporation Ltd., thus leading to the incorporation of Mahindra GESCO Developers Ltd (MGDL).
