  • Shuttle Elevators: these are being provided to provide accessibility from the Basement levels to the Stilts.   • Master Toilet – walls and floor finish upgraded from tiles, as given in                   “The Belaire”, to marble for plush aesthetics and a more luxurious experience and atmosphere for the resident.
